The Portland Trail Blazers are an American professional basketball team based in Portland, Oregon and compete in the NBA as a member of the league's Western Conference Northwest Division. The Blazers have won one NBA championship (1977) and three conference titles (1977, 1990, and 1992). The Blazers joined the league as an expansion team in 1970. The current head coach of the blazers is former pro basketball player, Chauncey Billups. Point guard, Damian Lilliard has been the face of the blazers for many years after getting drafted in 2012 from Weber State University.
